We have two locations! One location being in South Bend, In the other in Mishawaka, IN. - 417 E McKinley Ave. Mishawka,IN 46545 -3231 Sugar Maple Business CT. South Bend, IN 46628

We accept ages Infants-12 years old. Infants must be at least 6 weeks old.
